  1. The Site provides the following services: golf tuition services. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
  2. All golf lessons are undertaken at the customer’s risk and shall have been approved to be deemed fit by their general practitioner to carry out movements associated with the sport of golf.
  3. Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
  4. We also use different external services like Google Webfonts, Google Maps and external Video providers such as Vimeo and YouTube. Since these providers may collect personal data like your IP address you should be aware that it is beyond our control..

To clarify any misunderstanding over golf lessons purchased, here are the details regarding expiry dates:

  • For all golf lesson vouchers and lesson packages there is a 1 Year expiry from date of purchase.
  • All golf lessons and golf lesson vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Luke Collins is not responsible if lesson vouchers are stolen, destroyed or mislaid.
  • If you find that through illness you are unable to take your lessons within the time scale set out above please contact Luke Collins immediately who will advise on a course of action and any confirmed extension.

GDPR & MARKETING POLICY

  • When you fill out a web form to sign up for golf lessons, buy a voucher, lesson package or any marketing material/competitions, we may ask you to provide certain personal information, including your: Name, Address, Email & Phone Number.
  • By completing the form and ticking the relevant boxes you are providing your consent for Luke Collins Golf to process your personal data, and this is the legal basis we are relying on to do so.
  • We will use the information that you give us to send you relevant emails containing Luke Collins Golf news & marketing communications. Your information will be stored by a third party data processor; Mail Chimp & SimplyBook.It, whose servers are located in the US & UK, you can read their privacy information online.
  • Some automation and profiling may be used to send emails or a series of emails based on your indicated preferences and your interactions with the emails we send to you. For example, if you have enquired about a particular product we may send you a series of emails outlining features or benefits of that particular product.
  • You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom our email communications or by emailing this address – info@lukecollinsgolf.com

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson begins and request to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.
  • If a cancellation is made the day of (less than 24 hours before the lesson begins) you will not be eligible for a refund if prepayment has been made. If you have a pre-paid package, the cancelled or missed lesson will not be carried forward to another date.
  • If you need to cancel or change your lesson, please do this 24 hours in advance or as early as possible, this means I can free up a space for another client.
